After Hours Care Information
After hours, until 9 p.m., Dr. Moseley can be reached by calling the office number and leaving a message with your name, telephone number, and a brief message regarding your pet's problem. Please remember to include your phone number in the message so someone can call you back as soon as possible. We will determine the next course of action for the care of your pet. It may be necessary to refer your pet to an emergency clinic where they can be cared for under close supervision. Emergency facilities are staffed and equipped to provide 24-hour quality care for your pet.
After 9 p.m., if your pet is sick, DO NOT WAIT...please call one of the emergency clinics listed. Dr. Moseley is not available after 9 p.m. and the condition of your pet can change rapidly in just a few hours.

After Hours Emergency Clinic of Hickory |
Directions: From Shelby take Hwy 18 North to Hwy 10 North. Follow Hwy 10 to Hwy 321. Go North on 321 to Hickory. After passing exits for I-40 and Hwy 70, you will come to a stoplight. Go through light. You will see the After Hours Clinic to your left at the 321 Business Park strip mall but will be unable to turn because of median in road. Go to next left turn and make a U-turn to go back to clinic.

Directions: From Shelby take I-85 North to Charlotte. Take exit to I-485 South. Follow signs to exit for Tryon Road and turn right onto Tryon Road. You will come to a caution light at a fire station and will turn right onto Township Drive. Carolina Veterinary Specialists will be on your left.
